I found the hotel's design elegant and modern. The staff provided really good service throughout my stay. The location provides quick access to nearby restaurants and cafes. I was impressed by the high-quality toiletries offered.
The soundproofing in my room could be improved I could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.

Yunus helped me with a late checkout. This allowed me to enjoy the hotel a bit longer before my flight. The staff was very friendly.
The air conditioning turned off quickly after leaving the room. I found that the room was often hot when I returned! Room keys stopped working near my phone. I had to visit reception to reactivate them.

the breakfast was marvelous. there were so many options to choose and everything was delicious. the hotel has a private cliff beach and i loved taking a dip there, it was so relaxing.
our original room did have a smell of smoke. i think the hotel must allocate smoking rooms all over. collecting pool towels was also complicated. they are only available from the spa.

The staff showed care. The hotel features private beach access and a swimming pool area. I found the location excellent. The pool view was also fantastic. I enjoyed the breakfast which was excellent.
The TV was put in hotel mode. It restricted access to apps.

The location offers great access to nearby shops! The staff returned my husband's mobile phone after he left it in a taxi. I found this very helpful, and everyone was very hospitable.
The gym felt uncomfortable because it had an unfriendly instructor who didn't speak English.
